Our Shipping Methods

Trange ships hats across the United States and to select international destinations. Here is the process for getting your items delivered:

Before Shipping
We pick, inspect, and pack orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and tracking information once the package has shipped.

In Transit
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days. Once the carrier picks up the package, they handle the transit; delivery times may be extended due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or delivery to remote areas.

Packaging
Items are folded or bagged during transit to keep them neat. Heavier outerwear may be packaged in plastic mailers or cardboard boxes, depending on the specific style.

Shipping Costs
All orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.

International Shipping
Ordering from outside the U.S.? Unless otherwise stated at checkout, you are generally responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees.

Missing Package?
Is your package lost or delayed? Please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date (email: tannerwobogabbott@gmail.com), and we will assist you in inquiring with the carrier.
